Jon has worked in the not-for-profit world for the past 15 years. A graduate of the University of North Dakota, Jon worked previously as the Director of Communications for the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, and as the Divisional Director of Public Relations for the Salvation Army.
As the Donor Relations Manager, Leah is the first point of contact for donors and ensures they receive the special recognition they deserve. Leah’s education in Human Resource Management and previous experience in the travel industry demonstrate her passion for learning and building relationships. Leah is a vital part of the Foundation team, assisting in all fundraising aspects.
Corporate Partnerships & Digital Marketing Coordinator
Tara is responsible for establishing and fostering the Foundation’s Corporate Partnerships, creation and deployment of its digital communications materials, and maintaining its online presence. A graduate of St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Tara has over 12 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and event coordination.
Communications & Events Coordinator
Stephanie is responsible for creating the Foundation’s communication materials and organizing its marquee events. A graduate of the Red River College Creative Communications Program (2008), Stephanie loves paying
attention to the details. With her experience in neighbourhood and mall marketing, Stephanie’s has gained a wealth of successful experience with a variety of marketing, communications and event related endeavours. Her favourite Grace Hospital Foundation event is the annual Bocce Ball Tournament which is baller business infused with a ton of fun!
Vanessa provides support services for the Foundation. She assumes responsibility or the daily administrative operations while assisting with special events and other fundraising campaigns and projects. Vanessa’s background is in Payroll Accounting and Administration in a variety of non-for-profit organizations.
