Grace Hospital Day is May 9, 2025

Join us for Grace Hospital Day, hosted by the Grace Hospital Foundation. This free family friendly celebration features a show by Manitoba’s comedic star, Al Simmons, live entertainment from the Royal Canadian Air Force Party Band, a magical show by Evan Morgan, food, refreshments, petting zoo, face painting and the talents of local kids entertainers including Sleepy the Clown and the Winnipeg Circus Club!

JOIN US ON FRIDAY, MAY 9TH!

Find us at Sturgeon Creek Parkway (just in front of Grace Hospital) and help us celebrate!

Starting at 2pm, take a break from the everyday and join us for tai chi. This Chinese martial art and mind-body practice involves slow, flowing movements, controlled breathing, and a meditative state of mind. It’s often referred to as “meditation in motion”.

At 4pm, the free family celebrations begin! 

Local artists Al Simmons, Royal Canadian Air Force Party Band and Magician Evan Morgan are slated to appear under the big tent – bringing with them laughter, dancing and a lot of fun!

Free Treats! Grab a hamburger or hot dog from the FoodFare barbeque, ice cream sandwiches from our friends at Sargent Sundae is always delicious and Winpak will be serving up cake to celebrate their 50th Anniversary!

Prancing Pony Portable Petting Zoo is bringing the farm to us with cute and cuddly animals that the whole family can visit with. Who doesn’t love ponies, bunnies and baby chicks?

Try your hand at juggling or give the hula hoop a twirl with the Winnipeg Circus Club. These talented people will be sure to have you grinning from ear to ear!

We’ve got visit from Spiderman and Elsa! The kids will be bouncy with excitement to see them – don’t forget to take a picture!
