May 2021 “I had hip replacement surgery at the Grace General Hospital. Immediately after the surgery I was taken to the 2 South ward. I was discharged and have been recovering at home. I want to thank all of the staff at the hospital for the care I received during my stay at the hospital. This includes everyone from the receptionists at the front entrance, to the nurses, the aides, the physiotherapists, and the dietary staff. Not only was the care exemplary, but the staff always were pleasant and helpful. While the care they provided may have been routine for them, for me it was exemplary.”

March 2021 “From the moment the paramedics picked up our family member to the discharge, your ED staff were absolutely wonderful! The staff treated them very, very well and were very kind, understanding, and overall great. They even gave them clothes to wear home. A huge thank you! We had to bring our family member back to the hospital afterwards, but still amazing care, from the front door staff to the Diagnostic staff. Thank you just does not seem enough to say. In these uncertain times, a bit of gratitude goes a long way! Thank you to all of you for your kindness!”

December 2020 “I would like to mention that once I got into the back of ED, the doctors, surgeons, nurses and health care aides were incredible. My care was prompt and overall amazing once I got to the back and they understood how serious my condition was. I would like to mention that the nurse on the second floor where I was admitted was absolutely incredible. They deserve to be recognized for their knowledge and care for a patient. Those front-line workers truly deserve recognition in the emergency area and the second floor.”
